Although we have remained open throughout the ongoing pandemic, please understand that our operations continue to be affected by this unprecedented shutdown. Specifically, 

• It has become more challenging to source laboratory supplies in a timely manner, and
• The DNA sequencing facility that processes our samples is also involved in COVID testing, so turnaround times have been delayed. 

We are committed to providing Microbiome Testing Service for the hobby and industry, as long as it remains possible to do so. However, as long as these pandemic-related obstacles remain in place we can no longer guarantee turnaround times, and cannot offer refunds for delayed reports. 

We will still make every effort to achieve our usual 1-month turnaround times, and will update the Testing Status Page regularly with updates. Thank you for your understanding, and be well!
