Introducing the New and Improved Microbiome Report

We’ve rebuilt the AquaBiomics microbiome report from the ground up. With Microbiome 2.0 we introduced a new kind of data. What we’re introducing today is an updated report – an improved presentation to help you extract meaning from the data. 

More diagnostic.
The old report handed you the data and left the interpretation to you. The new report leads with a diagnosis in every section: a conclusion stated in plain language, based on your results, followed by the supporting data for those who want to dig deeper. You shouldn’t need a microbiology degree to draw conclusions from your test.

More visual. The old report was mostly tables. The new one is built around visuals – charts, color-coded indicators, and graphical comparisons that let you take in the key findings at a glance. The data is still there, but it no longer buries the conclusions.

Easier to understand. Our sequencing is sensitive enough to detect pathogens in almost every tank – which can create more anxiety than clarity if the report doesn’t put results in context. The redesigned pathogen section compares every sample with our database of tanks and presented color-coded results to distinguish real threats from low-level background. If something requires your attention, it’ll be obvious. If it doesn’t, that’ll be obvious too.
