Description

A custom service provided for partners and collaborators in the Aquaculture industry.

Includes DNA analysis of bacterial culture samples:

• Client provides the samples as fixed cell pellets in microcentrifuge tubes.
• We analyze the samples using either 16s or 18s markers as requested by the client.
• We provide low-coverage sequencing data (targeting about 500 reads per sample) and a report identifying the dominant type in each sample.
